Long before Charlie and Spots ever met, the foundations for this pairing were being laid by dedicated breeders across the country who shared a common vision for the German Shorthaired Pointer: a versatile hunting dog with exceptional instinct, sound structure, & an unwavering desire to work alongside its people.

Charlie's pedigree is deeply rooted in many of the kennel programs that helped shape today's modern hunting GSP. Influential names such as Dixieland, Rawhide, Sharp Shooters, Shooting Star, and Willow Creek appear throughout her lineage—programs known for producing generations of intelligent, cooperative bird dogs with natural ability, strong noses, and the versatility to excel both in the uplands and at home.

Spots carries many of those same historic influences while adding another generation of thoughtful selection. His pedigree reflects respected modern programs including Newpoint and additional descendants of the Sharp Shooters, Shooting Star, and Willow Creek families. Over the years, these breeders continued refining the qualities that make the German Shorthaired Pointer one of the world's premier versatile sporting dogs: trainability, athleticism, natural retrieving ability, and a steady, family-oriented temperament.
